HOLDS:
We have a 7-day courtesy hold on materials. Thereafter the material must be paid in full to secure the slabs. If you’d like to extend the hold time, please request via email and we will do our best to accommodate. However, depending on the current stock of the material, it can not guaranteed. Your payment is refundable, prior to pick up, within 90 days of purchase. We will store your stone in our facility for a maximum of 90 days, as long as they’re paid in full. Thereafter, storage fees may incur, but will be communicated.
INSPECT PRIOR TO CUTTING:
Natural stone has variations in color, pattern and hardness consistency. No returns or material claims will be accepted after material has been cut. We recommend that you have your client review and approve material prior to fabrication and installation.
RETURNS: Returns are only considered when goods are in original factory condition. Refunds will not be issued until goods have been inspected. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
PAYMENTS:
We accept personal checks, American Express, Visa & MasterCard. A 3% convenience fee will automatically be added to all credit card transactions. Past due accounts may be changed to COD on all future transactions.
